Booking Reservation/Deposit:

A client has 48 hours to submit deposit/payment once a request is sent out, if deposit/payment is not paid within the time from noted, the invoice will be canceled.

Please note that prices are subject to change due to demand.

Cancellations and Date/Time Changes:

If any styling service is canceled within 48 hours, you must schedule another appointment time within 30 days, after such period, a refund minus 50% cancellation fee will be credited back to your method of payment. However, please note that you only get one chance to reschedule before you are required to submit another deposit.

For services beyond $1000, Label Content requires a non-fundable deposit of 50% of the booking price to reserve any of our services. Once a deposit is secured, Label Content will create a reservation on our calendar to hold the client’s date and time. The remaining balance will be due the day of service.

Overtime and Additional Services:

If the client runs over the time they booked, the price for each hour is the hourly rate for that particular service. Overtime is subject to availability. Payment for any overtime or additional services will be invoiced and must be paid before final products delivered to the client.


Photo(s) will be returned to the client within 7 to 10 business days depending on demand. In high demand times, you can expect photo(s) returned in 10 to 17 business days.
